- Build and manage a global network of B2B partners, agents, and affiliates in the gaming sector
- Onboard strategic partners and ensure a smooth, ongoing collaboration
- Develop outreach and retention strategies to maximize referral performance
- Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance using internal tools
- Prospect via LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach to identify new partners
- Represent GBO at global gaming conferences (e.g. SIGMA, ICE, SBC)
- 5+ years of experience in the online gambling or online casino industry
- Proven background in affiliate management, partner marketing, or B2B business development
- Skilled in relationship building, retention, and long-term partnership growth
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for industry events and meetings
- Familiarity with iGaming licensing, regulations, and corporate structures
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Existing network of affiliates, agents, or B2B industry contacts
- Knowledge of compliance, licensing, or marketing in regulated gaming markets
- Experience using referral tracking tools, CRMs, or automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset to measure partner performance and ROI
