A groundbreaking company automating and preventing errors in the security configurations of connected devices is looking for a Backend Developer to lead server-side development, including building new features and improving existing product capabilities.The company's offices are located in the central region near a train station, with a highly flexible hybrid work model.Responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining software systems
Collaborating with cross-organizational teams to solve complex software issues
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Leading technical discussions on architecture and design
Conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality standards
Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including non-technical teams
Participating in writing technical specifications and project plans

Qualifications-

4+ years of experience writing code in Python, Node.js, or Go
Ability to work independently, self-learn, solve problems creatively, and think critically
Passion for innovative technologies with the ability to lead end-to-end solutions
Strong team player with excellent written communication skills in English (especially in chat)

Advantages-

Experience developing cross-platform tools (Windows, Linux, and Mac)
Experience in developing agents or sensors
Experience with low-level programming, particularly familiarity with operating systems, networking, or databases
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent military experience
