**Vicarius is a leader in vulnerability remediation, bridging the gap between security, IT, and operations teams. We empower organizations to protect their assets by automating patch deployment, prioritizing risks, and enabling proactive threat mitigation.We're looking for a Head of DevOps to join our expanding team and lead our development initiatives.Role OverviewYou'll help us scale, secure, and streamline our infrastructure across both development and production environments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about being in a hands-on capacity, working closely with the team members.Responsibilities:

Enhance DevOps tools, processes, and procedures continuously.
Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for Production and Development environments.
Deploy, manage, monitor, and support our environments, including troubleshooting incidents.
Oversee the Vicarius cloud cost. Making sure it aligns with the planned budget.
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end quality.
Lead the Vicarius DevOps team. Responsible for recruiting additional members, setting up goals, and mentoring members of the team.

Requirements:

Over 8 years of experience in DevOps.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
Experience working with one or more cloud-based Kubernetes distributions.
Expertise in AWS.
Expertise in GitHub and implementing GitActions and GitOps workflows.
Experience in database management, including Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB Atlas.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
Knowledgeable about security practices, compliance standards, and QA procedures.
