- Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market trends
- Lead a talented team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making
- Conduct thorough market and user research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and inform product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless product development and launch
- Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and measurement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge
- + 5 years of experience in product management
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years leading and mentoring a team of product managers
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to product development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting product data
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Track record of successful product launches
- Experience in fintech, banking, or finance industry is a plus
- Experience in leading with AI-based products is a plus
