- Manage and grow strategic publisher accounts.
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships.
- Analyze and optimize account performance.
- Maintain a technical overview of products and capabilities.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the link between partners and internal teams.
- Participate in international trips, summits, and events.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Partnership Management in the ad tech industry.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills (Excel).
- B.A./B.Sc. in analytics or a related field.
- Positive, can-do attitude, flexible and agile in solving challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping a big-picture view.
- Strong presentation skills.
