- You'll collaborate with leading publishers and benefit from the synergy of cross-functional teams, all while driving to success.
- Take full ownership of your publishers' success and needs in all aspects: monetization, strategy, technical issues, finance and more.
- Build and grow strong relationships and trust.
- Manage the entire publisher “life cycle”, from POC to onboarding and nurture an ongoing relationship
- Analyze and Identify growth opportunities.
- Constantly negotiate to enlarge and expend the partnership, and improve our commercial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Analysis, Product etc.) to improve the publishers' performance, workflows, enable growth, etc.
- 2-4 years' experience in Account / Partnership Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Sales or business development orientation, with proven experience in growing accounts and meeting growth KPIs.
- Experience with the US market (Eastern & Western Cost)
- Full work proficiency in English (oral & written).
- Experience from online / digital advertising companies and familiarity with AdTech ecosystem - Strong advantage
- Outstanding people and communication skills, ability to build strong and lasting relationships, close communication, and trust.

- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot etc.)
- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
