The candidate must be a highly motivated team player with great problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

Own and manage customer engagements with the goal of creating happy, successful customers.
Acts as a bridge between solution architects/engineers and business stakeholders.
Build, manage, and monitor project plans from initiation through successful delivery.
Track budgets, deliverables, timelines, and project performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Proactively drive projects to completion while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate daily with development teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and partner organizations.

Requirements

B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, including:
Risk and issue management
Budget and timeline monitoring
Building and maintaining detailed project plans (Gantt)
Strong familiarity with at least one leading cloud and cloud migration projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile).
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel (multi-tasking under tight deadlines).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-facing experience.
High level of English (written and spoken).

Advantages:

PMP certification (or equivalent).
Experience with AWS, Data, and GenAI projects.
Background in Professional Services companies.
