Shape Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that transcends languages and cultures, reaching audiences far and wide.
Leverage AI Tools: Use cutting-edge AI tools to optimize and elevate content creation, ensuring our creators stay ahead of the curve.
Monetize Content: Help 100 content creators successfully monetize their YouTube channels, turning passion into profit.
Trendspotting & Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trending topics, keywords, and hashtags that drive engagement.
Analyze & Optimize: Track social metrics with precision, using data to refine and guide our content campaigns to viral success.
Community Building: Foster a vibrant online community, where every comment and message feels personal and valued.

Requirements

Multilingual Expertise: Fluent in German and English
Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva and Midjourney-this is non-negotiable.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of YouTube and other video platforms, understanding their algorithms and best practices.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable content strategies.
