Hemos emprendido una transformación dirigida por nuestro CEO; como parte de nuestro viaje hacia convertirnos en una compañía dirigida por un propósito y preparada para el futuro.Project ManagerFluor & Energy Materials , an Orbia business, is looking for a Project Manager to be based at Matamoros, Tamaulipas!PurposeManage capital projects to the scope, schedule, cost and quality with a key focus on the safety, health, the environment and legal compliance. Efficiently execute projects complying to PMO (Project Management Office) processes, standards, templates and guidelines. Follow project Front-End Loading (FEL) or FEED and EPC phases (Screening, Alternatives Analysis) through front-end and detailed design, and construction and commissioning. Apply world-class tools of construction and process safety, capital efficiency, cost and schedule management to meet business requirements.Main Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective project delivery of the Business Capital Portfolio in a way that delivers advantaged assets.
Serve as the focal point and knowledgeable spokesperson on project delivery engagements working closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations while maintaining the primary interface with EPC Contractor.
Ensure that contract construction firm(s) and managers employ world class safety methods while meeting the cost and schedule commitments of the project.
Build a project team of internal and external resources that delivers safe, effective and capital efficient design and procurement throughout the project.
Implement world-class cost, schedule and forecasting tools to ensure project delivery on-time and within budget.
Stakeholder and interface management for overall project. Deliver regular communication to functional and business stakeholders with content tailored to the audiences' technical skill and interest in detail. Primary interface for operations and corporate reporting.
Has fully accountability of the safety, cost, schedule, communication, scope, risk, quality, and delivery of the project through the team. Utilize and develop a safety and quality culture, leading by example.
Manages interfaces and effective communication with mining operations, projects, finance, procurement, legal, vendors and contractors in Matamoros.

Knowledge/Experience Required

Degree in Engineering, with more than 15 years of experience as

a Project Manager in the Chemical Industry.

Spanish & English.
Leadership of multiple capital projects

$50M * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI (the US

Project Management Institute).
