- Lead a team of talented developers, driving the core of our product throughout its development lifecycle.
- Ensure technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and on-time delivery in an agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into real customer value.
- Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Forum, contributing to discussions that shape the future of our product.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development.
- 3+ years of a proven track record in leading R&D teams (Must)
- 5+ years of a strong track record in backend/full-stack development (Must)
- Proven ability to build and scale large-scale applications in Python (Must)
- Familiarity with Angular or React (Advantage)
- Strong expertise in both architecture and implementation of high-scale systems
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Linux, and Networking (Advantage)
- Experience with on-premises systems (Advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
