- Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and understand their publishing needs and goals.
- Present the value proposition of Spines' AI-driven publishing services effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective authors and act as their trusted advisor.
- Native/fluent English, both spoken and written
- Proven sales experience - preferably in inside sales or B2C sales
- Strong closing skills—you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM—ability to log and track customer interactions
- Resilience and adaptability—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability, working US hours (Eastern or Pacific Time shifts), Sunday to Thursday.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or JustCall is a plus.
- Familiarity with the publishing industries.
- A strong connection to American culture and understanding of the US market.
