- Operate price optimization and advertising inventory via enhanced intelligence and controls.
- Hands-on daily management of various monetization platforms (AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Digital Turbine, Unity, Meta, etc.).
- Responsible for ad stack optimization across all programmatic products - display, video, and native - to hit the company’s quarterly aggressive revenue targets.
- Create and update revenue dashboards and reports focused on delivering actionable insights with clear and concise findings.
- Monitor and maintain ad quality.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Monetization Manager/Ad-Ops Manager/Demand Operations & Optimization role for an app publisher with a high-volume property.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with mediation ad platforms such as AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Applovin, and IronSource.
- Experience working with RTB, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, and other supply platforms
- Understanding of programmatic ecosystems and platforms (Firebase - advantage).
- Highly data-driven and analytical with excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with various teams within the organization.
- Ability to multitask and work under your own initiative.
- Data-driven approach, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
