Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for a SAP Enterprise COE Lead for an exciting and challenging position!Responsibilities:

Lead the Enterprise Testing Practice in the context of SAP systems
Take end-to-end responsibility for diverse SAP projects - hands-on consulting, testing, and implementation
Build the team infrastructure - recruit and eventually lead Delivery Managers, Implementers, Developers, and QA Engineers
Engage cross-functionally across organizational projects, bridging technology, methodology, and business needs
Drive innovation while integrating with existing processes
Collaborate with clients, senior management, and partners both locally and internationally

Requirements:

Significant experience in SAP environments, including leading testing or integration projects
Role involves strategic planning, hands-on technical work, and presales tasks
Strong system-wide understanding and the ability to work in a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment
Proven experience in initiating or leading new processes within a tech organization
High-level English - required for working with international stakeholders
Prior experience in building and leading Delivery or COE teams
Familiarity with working with SAP Israel - an advantage
