- Serve as a strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders for forward-looking initiatives (e.g., Exo Tera, Exo pack, platform development) and current sales opportunities.
- Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to surface emerging trends, threats, and growth opportunities.
- Own long-term competitive positioning and global landscape assessments.
- Analyze sub-segments within the utility and energy sector to assess product-market fit and positioning.
- Analyze company performance metrics and business unit data to guide executive decision-making.
- Evaluate long-term margin goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.
- Develop long-term pricing models and strategies using market benchmarks and economic analyses to maintain competitive advantage.
- Perform in-depth research to evaluate new global market entry opportunities and prioritize regions based on strategic fit.
- Lead and manage annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, including OKRs and roadmap development.
- Support M&A due diligence and strategic evaluation of potential acquisition targets.
- Identify, assess, and recommend strategic partnerships that offer technological, distributional, or operational synergies.
- 4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or related fields.
- Proven ability to drive strategic planning and translate insights into action.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with US market is a plus.
