We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on AI Expert/Implementor to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation Agentic AI systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs). This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical execution, driving the creation of advanced AI solutions in a cloud-native environment. You will architect intelligent agents, apply advanced LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) to deliver impactful, business-aligned AI capabilities.Architect and lead the development of Agentic AI systems leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs in a cloud-native environment.Apply advanced LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering to achieve contextualized, goal-driven AI behavior.Build intelligent agents capable of multi-modal data processing, tool-augmented reasoning, and contextual memory.Implement and utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP).Design and deploy RAG frameworks to maximize relevance, accuracy, and efficiency in dynamic knowledge environments.Act as the AI domain expert and strategic partner to cross-functional teams, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.Lead performance evaluation, define KPIs, and continuously iterate on deployed models for measurable impact.Contribute to thought leadership through documentation, workshops, and internal advisory sessions.Requirements:2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing LLM-based and Agentic AI solutions.Proven experience in AI development with practical delivery of production-grade AI systems.Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and advanced fine-tuning techniques.Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and goal-oriented reasoning workflows.Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks - must.Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) - must.Proven track record in building and deploying cloud-native AI solutions, integrating APIs, tools, and multi-agent systems.Demonstrated success in leading AI architecture and strategy within organizations.Experience defining and tracking performance KPIs, conducting evaluations, and optimizing deployed models.Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications

Experience building agents with multi-modal input, tool-augmented reasoning, and contextual memory.
Experience leading knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical documentation, and workshops.
Collaboration with product, design, and business teams.
