Headquartered in Tel Aviv, with offices in New York, London, Singapore, and São Paulo, we work with the world's top banks to reimagine financial wellness at scale.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. This role reports directly to the CHRO and partners closely with senior leadership across global, multicultural teams, particularly in Go-to-Market (GTM) functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.This is not a traditional HR role, it's a high-impact opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to executives, influence HR strategy globally, and lead organizational initiatives that drive scale, agility, and performance.What You'll Do:Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with executive leaders to design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Act as a sounding board and thought partner to leadership on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts within GTM and client-facing functions.
Talent Development & Performance
  • Drive a high-performance culture by leading strategic performance management, development planning, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Champion talent mobility and readiness through robust internal development frameworks and coaching programs.
Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Guide cultural evolution in alignment with Personetics' values during periods of scaling and change.
  • Drive engagement and retention by fostering an inclusive, motivating, and globally consistent employee experience.
HR Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with the CHRO and global HR leadership team to shape HR strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, etc.) to roll out programs effectively and consistently across regions
What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in global SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven track record of supporting GTM and customer-facing functions at scale.
  • Experience navigating organizational change, driving culture initiatives, and building leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels, from ICs to C-suite.
  • Highly self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Experience managing employee relations across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Psychometric certification (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, etc.) - an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required
