- Partner with executive leaders to design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Act as a sounding board and thought partner to leadership on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts within GTM and client-facing functions.
- Drive a high-performance culture by leading strategic performance management, development planning, and career pathing initiatives.
- Champion talent mobility and readiness through robust internal development frameworks and coaching programs.
- Guide cultural evolution in alignment with Personetics' values during periods of scaling and change.
- Drive engagement and retention by fostering an inclusive, motivating, and globally consistent employee experience.
- Partner with the CHRO and global HR leadership team to shape HR strategies and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, etc.) to roll out programs effectively and consistently across regions
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in global SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of supporting GTM and customer-facing functions at scale.
- Experience navigating organizational change, driving culture initiatives, and building leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels, from ICs to C-suite.
- Highly self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- Experience managing employee relations across multiple regions and cultures.
- Psychometric certification (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, etc.) - an advantage.
