Build and Grow Your Team: Recruit, hire, and onboard talented developers to form a high-performing team.
Manage and Drive Performance: Set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure your team consistently meets objectives with quality and efficiency.
Ownership & Delivery: Oversee the design and development of scalable, reliable features for our AI-powered platform.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define your team's roadmap and priorities.
Implement Best Practices: Ensure coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines are in place for continuous improvement.
Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide coaching and career development opportunities to help your team grow professionally.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience building production-level applications.
4+ years in a management role, including recruiting and scaling teams.
Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Proven backend experience with Node.js or Java.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Excellent organizational and people management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
