Analyze target customer personas and segments to develop multi-channel content strategies
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to craft and execute on cohesive content plans for brand awareness and demand gen campaigns
Research, write and produce valuable and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall business goals
Own the content from ideation to execution, working with designers and other stakeholders, to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Create engaging content plans and deliverables for a variety of channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, SEO/GEO content and thought leadership reports, as well as high-caliber sales collateral including brochures and case studies
Analyze key content performance metrics and work to optimize performance in partnership with the digital & demand gen team

Requirements:For that mission you’ll need:

5+ years of experience creating and managing content for a global, hi-tech company
Proven track record in tackling complex, technical concepts and creating engaging, valuable and well-structured content
Native English speaker – required
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong team player with experience working in cross-functional teams
Solid project management skills, with experience overseeing the end-to-end content lifecycle
Experience in creating long-form copy (e.g. blogs, reports)
Experience in SEO strategies and content optimization
