- Managing accounts receivable collections, ensuring timely payments
- Preparation of accounts payables payments for signiture
- Sap enteries for suppliers invoices, collections, payments
- SAP updates
- Bank transactions
- Bank, customers and supplier reconciliations
- Journal Entries (JE) posting
- Reports to corporate
- Responsible for all things related to the functioning of the office including preparing for meetings, interfacing with the maintenance and cleaning staff, stocking of supplies, managing guest visits
- File maintenance and organization
- Managing car fleet (12 cars)
- Calendar coordination
- Managing the dispatch and documentation of GOPs for all teams
- Managing the process of sending RGAs to the company.
- Ordering spare parts for the various warehouses of the technical team
- Ordering auxiliary equipment for the technical team
- Event Planning: Coordinating events in collaboration with our advertising and event production agency
- Design & Marketing Assets: Managing the production and coordination of marketing materials with our advertising and event production agency
- Content Ownership: Managing our broadcast content in close coordination with the commercial manager
- Assisting with the preparation of price quotations
- Daily tracking of KPIs using Salesforce
- Providing administrative support to the Country Manager
- AMAR Coordination
- GOP document dissemination and reader compliance
- Regulatory compliance
- Handling customer complaints
- High school diploma or higher education, preferably in fields related to business administration or accounting
- Experience in office management, administrative support or similar roles
- Experience in Financial Administration and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Practical communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- knowledge in basic bookkeeping.
- knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g. SBO - preferred)
- knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Salesforce) favorable
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- High level of responsibility and self-discipline
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Teamwork skills and the ability to build relationships
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew
