Programmatic Operations Manager

- Hands-on optimization with different SSPs and ad exchange platforms to support Anzu’s ad operations and maximize revenue, including placement mapping and game approval processes
- Analyze large datasets and campaign workflows to extract insights and optimize daily operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve performance anomalies utilizing internal and external reporting systems (Kibana, Grafana and Postman - advantage)
- Lead troubleshooting with internal teams and demand partners to resolve technical and campaign issues quickly and effectively
- Provide consistent, executive-level reporting and outcomes
- Demonstrate effective communication skills (both verbal and written) across all levels of the business
- 3+ years of experience within AdTech programmatic media
- Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows with hands-on platform (SSPs and ad exchanges) experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and revenue analytics
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for using data to generate insights and drive business results
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders, as well as work independently on daily tasks
- High level of English with excellent communication skills
