Transmit Security gives businesses the modern tools they need to build secure, trusted and end-to-end digital identity journeys to innovate and grow.CX-focused, cybersecurity conscious leaders rely on Transmit Security's xCIAM platform to provide their customers with smooth experiences protected from fraud across all channels and devices.Transmit Security serves many of the world's largest banks, insurers, retailers, and other leading brands, collectively responsible for more than $1.3 trillion in annual commerce.About the Role:In this role, you will lead the DevOps group that consists of around 20 talented engineers and several teams, which serves multiple products and teams.You will be responsible for all Devops aspects in the organization from Dev support through making sure we have a scalable resilient and robust multiple production environmentsWhat you'll do:

You will lead and manage the devops group
You will define Devops and Production strategy ,roadmap and workplans
You will collaborate and work closely with the Dev teams to achieve companies goals
You will be responsible implementing security best standards

What you'll need:

3+ years as a Head of DevOps/Director of DevOps
At least 2 years of managing managers / team leads
Good understanding of Devops and Dev practices
Experience managing highly available production systems with high SLAs.
Extensive knowledge of AWS / GCP - Is a MUST! Nice to have: Azure.
At least 4 years of working with kubernetes and its echo system.
Experience with managing public cloud environments via IAC tools - such as terraform/pulumi/crossplane.
Experience with GitOps methodology implementation, using tools such ArgoCD / Flux.
Experience with CI/CD best practices
Experience with modern observability stacks and approach (OpenTelemtry, Prometheus, Grafana)
Security, Quality, and compliance knowledge
