At Promise Bio, we address one of the most significant unmet needs in medicine: precision treatment for chronic diseases. We believe the trial-and-error approach, which leads to ineffective treatment selection, can be replaced by harnessing the latest advancements in epiproteomics and AI. Our foundation is built on research from the Weizmann Institute, leading to the development of a cloud-based platform that performs unbiased, broad-range epiproteomic analyses on standard mass-spectrometry data. Our platform offers an unparalleled view into post-translational modifications (PTMs) across various tissue types and disease states, positioning us to lead in understanding and guiding the treatment of complex diseases. By leveraging existing datasets and collecting proprietary clinical data, we tackle critical questions to improve patient care. We collaborate with leading pharmaceutical companies to enable data-driven decision-making along drug R&D processes, and continuously build our proprietary database of proteomics data and AI-driven PTM knowledge to improve patient outcomes.Who are you:We are looking for a skilled, relentless, and self-starter AI engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will integrate existing agents and develop new ones to revolutionize the way we extract biological insight from our unique data.As part of the small & growing team, you will turn high-level requirements into production-level software that handles massive data sets and applies innovative algorithms at scale.Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to understand requirements, architect solutions, and implement features.
Design and implement highly efficient and scalable AI agents in a cloud environment.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems using best practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, bioinformatics, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of professional experience as a software developer, with a focus on using ML module implementation.Strong proficiency in a cloud-based agent environment like AWS BedrockAbility to see the “big picture” - considering scale, cost, security, and other factors while designing our platform.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and with multidisciplinary teams.Nice to have:

Previous experience as an early employee in a startup is an advantage.
