We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and drive recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring Ownership - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
- Strategic Talent Partnership - Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience - Build trust with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate
- Talent Brand & Inclusion Champion - Promote our employer brand, foster diversity and inclusion, and build external relationships that expand our reach
- Recruitment Analytics & Optimization - Monitor hiring metrics, leverage tools like ATS and LinkedIn insights, and drive process improvements
- A hands-on recruiter who excels at sourcing and nurturing pipelines
- A strong communicator and collaborator who builds relationships easily
- A strategic thinker who connects hiring needs to broader business goals

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Experience in employer branding and inclusive recruitment strategies
- Ability to analyze hiring data and improve outcomes
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field - an advantage
- Success in reducing time-to-hire and boosting direct sourcing effectiveness
- Background in talent planning or HR business partnering
- An active voice on social media supporting talent and employer branding
