
Financial Reporting Manager

- Manage the Israeli finance activity including payroll, P2P, tax, and local reporting
- Manage local AP process and the relationship with the local banks and local authorities in Israel
- Manage the local accountant and AP team (in the shared services center)
- Review and approve the monthly payment runs and bank transfers
- Review and approve the monthly employees’ payroll and shares benefit
- Manage the STAT accounts for the Israeli entities including annual audit and the local reports such as VAT and WHT reports
- Lead existing accounting processes and set new accounting processes
- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and advisors, work closely with a wide range of teams across the finance department, act as an analytical focal point & support decision making
- Manage local senior accountant
- You have an academic education in accounting, CPA Certified - a must
- You have 7-10 years of experience including internship – a must
- You have people management experience
- You have strong accounting fundamentals knowledge and excellent Excel proficiency
- You have experience and ability to work as part of a team, yet also to think and work independently
- You have ability to work in an intense and dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- You have English at a very high level
- You have experience in filing local reports in Israel
- You have experience in reviewing payroll in Israel
- You are familiar with local compliance requirements
- You are familiar with ERP systems, Oracle cloud
