- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technological roles, including software development, product, automation, engineering and other specialized positions.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and department heads, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and talent acquisition strategies to drive business success.
- Conduct deep HR interviews, assessing candidates' technical expertise, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term impact on the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Acting as a focal point for employees, taking care of day-to-day office needs, ensuring a pleasant, quiet, and productive work environment.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech companies, with a strong focus on hiring for Tech positions.
- Proven expertise in conducting in-depth HR interviews and assessing motivation, leadership, and team fit.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, emerging industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
