- Assess your territory and develop a successful account execution strategy
- Identify and activate new accounts to execute account activation target
- Exceed activity and revenue targets
- Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to prospects
- Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
- Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
- Experience penetrating new accounts, executing on first use cases, growing initial consumption and closing deals in a direct sales role
- Some exposure to the software industry and basic concepts of selling SAAS, Data and Business Value
- Basic understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems
- Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
- Success in closing new accounts while working on existing accounts
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish is preferred
