The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's cloud strategy, ensuring the efficient operation of cloud infrastructure, and leading a team of skilled professionals in delivering high-quality cloud servicesResponsibilitiesManage a large business unit as part of Sapiens' technology divisionLead a diverse, global, large team of cloud engineers, support teams, service managers and SREs, who manage and operate the SaaS infrastructure and services centrally for the companyAccountable for P&L, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effectivenessDevelop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with organizational goalsOversee the design, deployment, and management of scalable and secure cloud infrastructureStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud servicesImplement cost-effective solutions and optimize resource utilizationFoster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the Cloud Services UnitEstablish and enforce security best practices for cloud environmentsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross company stakeholders in the different product lines and BUs and deliver effective cloud solutionsQualificationsProven experience in senior leadership role, managing cloud services and infrastructureStrong knowledge of SaaS and cloud platforms with preference to AzureStrong track record of post-production supporting services, and project delivery experienceExperienced in working with customers and leaders, leading executive meetingsExcellent client relationship management skills and experience, ability to lead executive meetingsIn-depth understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with offshore team managementDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing teamRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
