In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing and optimizing the commercial performance of our business. You will help identify growth opportunities, improve retention, and support strategic initiatives with insights derived from business data.Responsibilities:

Own the tracking and reporting of key business KPIs.
Monitor business and sales performance, providing deep analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders - including generating and refining reports from Salesforce and Looker.
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and models to evaluate the impact and ROI of commercial initiatives and programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to align commercial goals with broader company strategy.
Extract and analyze data to support executive reporting, strategic planning, and forecasting cycles.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a SaaS company in roles related to Business/Commercial Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Development, investment banking, or Strategy.
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including complex functions and data visualization- a must.
Experience working with Salesforce, including building and analyzing reports and dashboards.
Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics (e.g., Net Revenue Retention, ARR/MRR, churn).
Self-starter and executor able to make an immediate impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Excellent communication skills - able to present findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: Background in hospitality or the short-term rental industry.
Fluent in English - a must.
