Padagis Shoham is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Division.In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for managing strategic accounts, developing and retaining key clients, engaging internal leadership, and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You'll support business development across both the generic and ethical pharmaceuticals markets, lead pricing proposals and tenders, negotiate strategic agreements in collaboration with our finance team, and provide analytical insights to drive informed business decisions.- Full-time position, requires availability for working flexible hours- Company car includedRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field - Required (Master's degree - Advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/sales roles within the Israeli healthcare sector - Required
Proven experience working with Israeli HMOs and hospitals - Required
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and consumer products markets in the West Bank and Gaza - Advantage
Understanding of the pharmacy and private retail pharmacy market - Advantage
Strong background in high-level strategic negotiations - Required
Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis and insights generation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Required
High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) - Required
Experience in marketing - Advantage
Strong technological orientation
