As a pioneer in the field, we are committed to delivering real financial value to our extensive network of clients.We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and unlock insights that directly fuel our growth. Your mission will be to ensure smooth operations, optimize processes, and maximize efficiency across the organization. As our Data Analyst, you will work with large-scale datasets to identify trends and generate strategic insights. You will collaborate with cross-company teams to ensure the smooth maintenance and daily operations of our flagship product, while driving business analysis and identifying growth opportunities.Every team member is a versatile contributor, shaping the product from user experience to development, and you will play the same integral role. We value passion for building products end-to-end, across UX, design, testing, and deployment, while always keeping the user experience at the center.Responsibilities:

Analyze data in our flagship product to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for decision-making.
Design efficient processes and standards for streamlined operations.
Translate business questions into clear, measurable analyses.
Ensure data quality through risk evaluation and QA practices.
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
Integrate and manage data structures to support growth and scalability.

3+ years proven experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficient in SQL and Excel; experienced with BI tools.
Strong background in data analytics and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Advanced English communication skills.
Curious, eager to learn, and resilient—able to grow from mistakes.
Skilled at understanding complex flows and providing creative solutions.
Multi-tasking, self-driven, highly motivated, and strong team player.
Experience working within the Travel-tech industry is a big plus.
