- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers - from kickoff to successful deployment.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot support tickets, escalating complex issues to internal teams when needed, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to align platform implementation with business needs.
- Configure AI-powered workflows based on customer use cases and ensure high adoption through training and enablement.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for value and engagement.
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical account management, implementation, or support role - ideally in a SaaS, AI, or digital transformation company
- .Hands-on experience with technical support and ticket-based issue resolution
- .Proven track record of working with enterprise clients - in both Israeli and international markets
- .Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills
- .Ability to balance business priorities with technical execution and problem-solving
- .Comfortable working in a startup setting - adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage ambiguity
