We're growing rapidly and are backed by top-tier investors.As we scale, we're looking for a talented, hungry, hands on Growth Marketing Manager to become a crucial partner, amplifying our execution capabilities and accelerating growth. If you have 2-4 years of experience driving growth initiatives, you're passionate about marketing automation (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, N8N, etc.), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar), and have practical experience integrating generative AI agents into marketing workflows - then we'd love to talk to you!As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the primary executor and coordinator of marketing campaigns, automation, and analytics. You'll craft and optimize activation funnels, automate critical processes, deploy creative campaigns, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to boost efficiency, and help us scale host activation and guest engagement.This is an amazing learning opportunity, as the one who will be chosen will take part in forging the very core of the Localbird GTM and marketing strategies, in a time where the company is ready to scale exponentially.Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, referral programs, ambassador initiatives)
Own the activation funnel - identify bottlenecks, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize the path from host sign-up to first payout
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes, improve marketing efficiency, and boost user experiences
Create and manage automated workflows (HubSpot, Zapier, N8N) to nurture leads, hosts, and guests at every lifecycle stage
Track and analyze performance metrics across marketing channels and present actionable insights
Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, and SEO/AEO-driven content to maximize inbound lead quality
Manage social media presence, repurpose UGC, and engage with community initiatives
Support ongoing experimentation, rapidly testing ideas, and scaling winning strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS or marketplace startup
Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), analytics tools and CRM
Demonstrated experience or at least true passion for leveraging AI in marketing campaigns and workflows
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Tech-savvy and self-taught - you're comfortable diving into new tools and figuring things out on your own
Strong creative intuition - you have the marketing spark in you, can identify opportunities and be creative when needed
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Fluent/native-level English - A must

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience with referral programs, ambassador campaigns, or influencer marketing
Familiarity with SEO practices and content marketing
Experience with paid media (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Experience working with WordPress and Elementor
