- Hands-on manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple media channels: Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.
- Manage and optimize budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the company’s growth objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify insights to inform optimization strategies, driving positive ROI
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies to leverage their expertise and expand our UA efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app marketing and user acquisition
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Monetization, ASO, Product, Creative Studio and Data
- 4+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager, focus on iOS applications
- Has track record of running campaigns on ASA, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SDK Networks and programmatic networks.
- Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners and other analytics tools like Firebase, Singular, RevenueCat etc.
- Deep Understanding in SKAN 4.0 measurement frameworks and guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and able to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Past experience with managing user acquisition activity for Utility apps
- Strong understanding of the subscription model for apps
