Lead and mentor a team of UX\Products designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and achieve their career goals.
Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for the team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Define UX strategies and roadmaps that align with product vision and business objectives.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and leverage data to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and considered in the design process.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, tool enhancement, and skill development within the UX team.
Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the UX design practice within the organization.

Requirements:For that mission you’ll need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation through design.
