Design and build secure, scalable backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with product and business goals
Partner with researchers to bring innovative security concepts into real-world applications
Participate in code reviews and champion best practices for clean, secure, and efficient code
Identify and help mitigate vulnerabilities in application architectures
Stay up to date with the latest trends in backend development, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, and cybersecurity

**Qualifications**What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience with a modern backend languages
Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and modern development practices
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points For

Interest in or experience with cybersecurity best practices and secure coding
Exposure to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized systems
