- Manage the Labeling Division, which includes Back Office, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
- Manage Sales Opportunities with big clients: Sponsorships and Promotion Packages.
- Actively engage in business development efforts, including personally conducting a high volume of sales calls with prospects at all organizational levels.
- Work with executives and business leaders to build financial models & forecasts and in order to present a compelling business cases
- Advise on and manage through a potential liquidity event or capital raise opportunity
- Assist marketing in sourcing best-in-class partners and testing new strategies to deliver brand awareness and growth
- Present to CEO and Board of Directors on key strategic initiatives and financial milestones
- Review, challenge and replace existing processes and procedures as necessary
- Partner with Senior Management to design, establish and maintain a flexible organizational infrastructure structure that will support the NGOs continued dynamic growth
- Recruit, train, evaluate and develop staff as necessary to keep pace with increasing volume and complexity of transactions

- Interest in the consumer products space, particularly in beauty products

- Past experience in business development - Must
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Prior management of sales teams is a strong advantage.
