Head of Data

• Lead and manage the Data pillar in Israel, including a multidisciplinary team of Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Be hands-on in solving complex data challenges and contributing directly to core data initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-organizational data projects.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and senior management.
• Partner with global data teams across the organization.
• Own the local data infrastructure, data quality, and analytical and operational processes.
• Champion a data-driven mindset and foster collaboration around data.

• Proven experience managing data teams - required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL - required.
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) - required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
• High level of English - required (for collaboration with international teams).
• Ability to navigate corporate organizational structures - a significant advantage.
