Responsibilities:Manage and lead the Help Desk team, including task assignment, supervision, and performance monitoring.
Provide high-level technical support and guidance on complex issues.
Oversee ticketing systems: track open issues, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and service quality.
Develop and implement processes and standards to improve help desk operations.
Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless support and communication.דרישות:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support / Help Desk Team Leader.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 support technicians.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
Good command of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
