We are building a nationwide network of trusted contractors who deliver on-demand cemetery care - from one-time cleanings to ongoing maintenance plans - helping families maintain gravesites even when they live far away.Through Tending, customers can:

Search for and locate graves across the U.S.
Order grave cleaning, flower placement, and repair services
Subscribe to regular maintenance plans
Receive updates and before/after photos of completed work

Together, Bezikaron and Tending are creating a modern, compassionate approach to memorial care - blending tradition, innovation, and empathy to help families preserve dignity and memory, wherever they are.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing efforts across two distinct brands and geographies.We're seeking a problem-solver - someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and can take ownership of both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You'll be expected to test hypotheses, write copy, launch campaigns, and lead internal and external teams with confidence and focus.Your mission will be to develop and implement scalable marketing strategies that drive B2C growth, brand recognition, and lead generation, while adapting tactics for the cultural and operational nuances between the Israeli and American markets.Responsibilities

Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for Bezikaron and Tending
Lead paid and organic acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Build and manage a performance-driven content strategy (social media, email, blog, community)
Own the go-to-market strategy for new services and features in collaboration with product and operations teams
Track KPIs, analyze marketing performance, and optimize for growth and ROI
Manage budgets effectively across both brands
Build and lead a small internal marketing team and coordinate with external partners and freelancers
Adapt messaging and tactics to local audiences in Israel and the United States
Initiate brand partnerships, PR opportunities, and influencer marketing strategies where relevant

Requirements

5+ years in B2C marketing leadership roles, ideally in startups, service marketplaces, or field-based operations
5+ years with marketing operations in the US Market
Proven experience launching and scaling acquisition funnels with measurable ROI
Ability to work both strategically and operationally - from high-level planning to hands-on execution
Strong copywriting and messaging skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
Data-oriented mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Experience managing teams and external vendors
Advantage: experience with marketplaces, subscription-based models, or contractor-based services
