With teams in Tel Aviv and Dallas, we are building a global company that combines deep technical innovation with a sharp business focus.We are looking for a Vice President of R&D to lead, grow, and scale our engineering organization. Being responsible for shaping our product execution and driving technical excellence as we expand.What You'll Do:
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team across Tel Aviv and Dallas.
Build an organization that combines strong technical delivery with a positive, collaborative culture.
Drive execution on our product roadmap while maintaining technical quality and velocity.
Foster tight collaboration between R&D, product, and business teams.
Actively participate in shaping company strategy and aligning engineering priorities with business goals.
Drive AI innovation within our cybersecurity solutions.
Implement best practices for managing a global, distributed team.
Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
What We're Looking For:
At least 6 years of experience in an R&D executive role.
Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage on architecture, design, and product discussions.
Track record of delivering complex products to market, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise software.
Experience working with or managing remote and distributed teams.
People-first leadership style with a passion for building empowered, motivated teams.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI technologies or AI-driven products.
Exposure to U.S. markets or customers, particularly in cybersecurity.
Familiarity with startup scaling - from MVP to growth stage.
