*This is a unique opportunity to become the company's first Product Manager and play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, roadmap, and foundational processes from the ground up.*Develop and shape innovative solutions to key challenges in the intelligence domain by collaborating across regions, product areas, and organizational functions.*Identify, prioritize, and drive clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals aligned with overall business objectives.*Collect and analyze product requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, and manage the full feature lifecycle from ideation through launch.*Lead internal research efforts and translate findings into actionable insights that support and enhance the product design process.*Work closely with the Research & Infrastructure division (INBOND), acting as a key partner in defining, scoping, and prioritizing new capabilities.*Ensure smooth and efficient communication across all R&D and infrastructure teams, to guarantee successful and timely implementation of new features.Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner - must.
Proven experience working in startup and growth-stage companies - must.
Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and lead products through the full lifecycle - from ideation to launch.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills - highly organized, independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Technical background (e.g., former Developer or Security Analyst) - advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
