I'm looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join my growing outsourced legal practice, supporting fast-moving tech companies in the ad tech, SaaS, and digital sectors.This is a hands-on role, delivering the kind of commercial, privacy, and product legal support you'd expect from an in-house team.What you'll do

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (SaaS, ad tech, licensing, partnership, procurement)
Advise on privacy, data protection, and compliance (including GDPR, CCPA, and ad tech-specific regulations)
Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and commercial initiatives
Help build and refine templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes

What we're looking for

5+ years PQE in commercial/technology law (in-house or private practice)
Strong experience in SaaS and/or ad tech contracts and privacy compliance
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly
Business mindset-able to balance legal risk with commercial realities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
