- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, both locally and internationally.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
- Monitor global talent trends and continuously adapt recruitment strategies to align with current and future business needs.
- Manage the recruitment budget in line with business growth and headcount planning.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
- Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process, establish metrics for improvement, ensuring a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting for technical roles at various levels in global tech companies- must.
- 2 +years of experience in managing small global recruitment teams- must.
- Proven ability in leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of diverse professional profiles (technical and business), compensation frameworks, and candidate evaluation practices
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- must; Master's degree- a significant advantage.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive, collaborative, and can-do attitude.
