In Israel, our Retail team plays a vital role in expanding Wolt's presence across different regions, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with partners and ensuring operational excellence.We are now looking for a Retail Partnership Associate to join our team and support our fast-growing retail operations in the Jerusalem area. If you are passionate about local commerce, enjoy building things from the ground up, and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment - we'd love to hear from you!What you'll be doingAs a Retail Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring new retail partners are successfully onboarded and supported throughout their early days on the platform. You will act as the bridge between our Retail Development and Partnership teams in the field, making sure every detail is in place before and after launch.Day-to-day in this role you'll:
- Act as the main point of contact for retail partners in the Jerusalem area during onboarding and launch.
- Prepare stores for go-live by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring all operational elements are in place.
- Review and update price lists and product data to ensure accuracy and relevance on the Wolt platform.
- Coordinate the exchange of documentation with partners, ensuring all information is well-organized and compliant.
- Support Retail Partnership Managers with field-related activities and assist with daily operational tasks.
- Identify potential new partners or opportunities in the area that fit Wolt's retail strategy.
- Contribute to improving and streamlining our sales and onboarding processes by sharing insights from the field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support.
- Based in the Jerusalem area - this is a fully local, field-focused role, so proximity to the region is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to adjust your tone based on the audience.
- Strong attention to detail, structured approach to work, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
- Independent and solution-oriented, with the drive to improve processes and make things better.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Valid driver's license - this role includes regular field work in the Jerusalem area.
