- Lead and manage a skilled NOC team responsible for real-time network monitoring and incident response.
- Ensure smooth operations and service availability through proactive detection and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal IT, engineering, and support teams.
- Proven experience as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Operator - must
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
- Background in Help Desk or IT support
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle real-time incidents
- High-level English - written and spoken
- At least 2 years of managerial experience - a strong advantage
- Experience managing a NOC team - a major plus
