- Serve as the data focal point for the Marketing team, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, dashboards, and performance reports to track key marketing KPIs, such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per conversion (CPA).
- Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance (i.e., user journey, attribution models).
- Analyze marketing funnels, user behaviors, and experiments to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, R&D) to align on objectives, share findings, and inform decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing analytics best practices to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Extensive experience writing SQL to query large-scale, complex datasets with efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts like regression, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and time series analysis.
- A proactive approach, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.
- A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Working experience with BI Front tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau etc..) to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
