- 3+ years of experience in account management or technical sales, ideally in energy, or industrial technology sectors
- Strong understanding of the energy industry, especially renewables, SCADA/OT systems, or EMS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
