- Take lead on two of our current most exciting initiatives:
- Opening easyplant's first retail stores in the US
- Expanding our existing B2B business, offering easyplants to various types of businesses.
- Incubate new business initiatives, crack the 0->1, then help scale them.
- Identify partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential, and develop actionable plans
- Handle new deals and partnerships
- Own the strategy and execution of this domain
- Someone with 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or high-impact management roles.
- A good track record of working on big projects or partnerships, ideally in the U.S.
- Previous P&L ownership and/or Retail experience is a big advantage.
- Great at talking to people, building strong relationships, and making them excited about what we're doing.
- Good at leading projects and making things happen
- Strong Analytical skills, business acumen, and financial mindset
- Product sense
