Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for an Software Testing Team Lead a professional and dynamic Software Testing Team Lead to manage a testing team for complex software systemsThis is a full-time, on-site position in Netanya.Description:

The role involves overseeing testing processes.
Planning and strategizing testing activities.
Ensuring product quality in a cutting-edge technological environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in software testing,
At least 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems - a significant advantage.
In-depth understanding of software development and testing processes (manual and automated).
Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead processes while meeting deadlines.
High analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Relevant military background - an advantage.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment under pressure.
Excellent command of Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
Experience in the defense sector or with embedded systems. - Advantage
Familiarity with quality and testing standards such as ISTQB.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Advantage
requires fieldwork in different locations around the country and abroad.
