A high-tech company in the AI and Deep Learning space, specializing in computer vision and automated sports event production using panoramic capture and automatic broadcasting based on the "Capture All" concept. Their platform enables sports organizations to produce, stream, and monetize their events while delivering a smooth, TV-like viewing experience with automated highlights, graphics, remote commentary, scoreboards, and game clocks.Headquartered in central Israel near a train line, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. It has 205 employees, including 120 in Israel.Role Overview-Technical leadership role involving hands-on development primarily in C++, with some coding in Python and Go, in a Linux and AWS environment.(Work distribution varies and is not fixed.)Requirements-

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
6 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong background in C++ or C# development
Deep understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, multi-threading, and memory management
Experience designing and implementing scalable, modular systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
